No Tsunami Threat after 5.5M Quake near Hualalai, Big Island

The Pacific Tsunami Warning Center reports an earthquake has occurred in the Hualalai Region on the Big Island at 5:09 pm. The earthquake had a reported magnitude of 5.5 magnitude.

There is no tsunami threat to the State of Hawai`i.
