A New York visitor was arrested on Tuesday for Violating the Rules and Orders of Travel Quarantine.
Jordana Lusk, 27, arrived on Maui from Oahu without a negative pre-travel COVID-19 test and did not have approved lodging in which to complete the mandatory ten-day travel quarantine.
Lusk volunteered to leave Maui and flew back to New York without incident.
